Vidhaatru Nidhi Limited

Our office for Vidhaatru Nidhi Limited is tucked away in Nagawara, specifically at No. 272/1 on the second floor of 13th Cross in Rashad Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s a good spot once you get there. We’ve got a view of the street from the balcony, and we can see people going about their business. Being a Nidhi company in this part of Bangalore means we deal with a lot of families and small shop owners who live nearby. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some wooden desks and a lot of paper everywhere because we still keep physical records for everything. It’s more personal that way. We aren’t trying to be some big bank; we just want to help our members save their money properly. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the bikes passing by on the cross, but we’re used to it. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the accounts and discuss the daily collections. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and we know most people who walk through the door by their first names. We just stay focused on the daily grind and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day for everyone involved. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to cleaning up the office after we close the doors for the night and get ready for the next day.
