We have been at Abhiksha Complex on Bull Temple Road for a while now. Our office is on the second floor, number 121. Basavanagudi is always busy, especially with the temple nearby and all the people walking around. Most days involve a lot of coffee and looking at estate documents. Sometimes the stairs feel steeper than they are when you have to go up and down multiple times a day. We get a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and old files that keep piling up. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much when we are out visiting different sites. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with running an estate company in this part of Bangalore. Much of our time is spent on the phone or driving around to different patches of land to see how things are going. The traffic around Sukeshhalli can be a bit of a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up our outside work before the rush starts. There isn't much to say other than we work here and we've been doing this for a bit. It’s practical work. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just drop by when they need to talk about their property matters. It’s a normal office where we do our bit.
