Our office is over in Sterling Orchards, which sits on the second floor at number 201. We’re right there on CV Raman Road, or what some people still call the Old Tumkur Road. It’s in the Rajmahal Villas Extension area of Bangalore North. Finding the place is usually easy because of the local landmarks, though traffic around here can be a real pain during peak hours. We’ve been here for a while, and the space has kind of grown around us. There are boxes of old files in the corner and a coffee machine that works most of the time if you know how to talk to it. We’re a small outfit, just a few partners and some staff members working on various projects. The 5th cross street is usually busy with people coming and going. We like the energy of the neighborhood. It’s not a sterile office building; it feels like a real part of the city. We don't go in for fancy presentations or polished speeches. We’d rather just sit down and talk through what needs to be done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but mostly we try to stick to regular hours so we can get home. It’s a practical way of working. Being in Karnataka means we deal with all sorts of people, and we like that variety. It keeps the job interesting. We’re just a bunch of folks trying to build something sustainable and staying busy throughout the week.
