Our place is on the ground floor at No. 36, over on 9th Main in the Mathikere Extension. We focus on building alternatives, which basically means we look for different ways to put things together that aren't just the same old way everyone else does it. It's a small operation, just one person running it mostly, since it's an OPC. Mathikere is a busy neighborhood, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to stop by. We aren't into the big corporate style of doing things. We just want to offer some choices that might be a bit better or different for people building their homes. There’s a lot of trial and error involved in what we do. It’s not always the fastest way to build, but we think it’s interesting. We spend a lot of time researching materials and talking to suppliers who have something new. The office is pretty simple, just some samples and a desk. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. It's just about the work and finding better ways to get things built in Bangalore. Sometimes it's frustrating when people don't want to try something new, but we keep suggesting it anyway. It's a quiet little business but we're proud of being in Mathikere and doing things our own way.
