Venue Foods Private Limited is located at No 52/1, on 5th Main Road and 5th Cross in Chamrajpet. This is one of those older parts of Bangalore where the streets are a bit narrow and there’s a lot of history. Our building is a simple, two-story structure that we’ve made our own. We use the space for our food business, so there are always boxes and containers moving in and out. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. There’s no fancy furniture or art on the walls. We just have what we need to get the work done. The team here is small, and we’ve mostly been working together for years. We don't have a formal way of doing things; we just communicate and get it done. Sometimes the delivery bikes have a hard time parking outside, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. Most of our day is spent checking inventory or talking to people on the phone. We don't use any high-tech systems for everything. A lot of our planning is still done on a whiteboard in the main room. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We like the local feel of Chamrajpet and the people around here are friendly enough.
