At Venkatadri Hotels Resorts and Infra Private Limited, we work out of No. 457 on 12th Main Road. This is over in the Jayanagar HBCS 1st Stage area, specifically in Padmanabanagar. Bangalore is a big place, but this neighborhood has a bit of a local feel to it still. We handle a mix of hotels, resorts, and even some infrastructure work from this office. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we manage. Being in the 560070 area means we are part of the South Bangalore community. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate fluff to share. We just come into the office, check our emails, and deal with whatever needs fixing or planning that day. Our team is small and we’ve been at this for a while. It’s a practical business. We focus on the hospitality and infra projects we have going on across Karnataka. Sometimes the roads around Padmanabanagar get really packed, so we've learned to be patient. We like being based on 12th Main. It's a solid location for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that gets the work done.
