Down in Doddabanahalli, specifically in Bidarahalli Hobli, is where you will find us. We are at No. 2, Khata No. 112/2. It’s on the edge of the city, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of Bangalore. Veerabha Estates & Holdings operates from a small building here. We have a lot of space around us, and it feels a bit more like the old countryside. We spend our days looking over land records and property holdings. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, making sure all the numbers match up. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. We usually start the day with a pot of coffee and a list of things to check on. Sometimes we have to go out and walk the land to see the property markers. It’s honest, practical work. The neighbors are mostly farmers or people who have recently built houses. We like the peace and quiet out here. There’s no big sign or flashing lights. We just have our office and our files. People who need us usually find their way here through word of mouth. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. It’s just a small business handling property matters in a quiet corner of the district. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our records as clear as possible for everyone.
