Veda Caterers Private Limited

Veda Caterers Private Limited is located over in Whitefield, specifically in the Ahp Woodsspringdale complex. We're in Flat No. A11 on the ground floor. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a catering business, being in a residential block, but the ground floor access makes it easier for us to move our equipment and supplies in and out. We spend most of our time planning menus and getting the food ready for various events. The kitchen isn't massive, but we make it work with what we have. It’s a small team here, maybe four or five of us on a regular day. We do everything ourselves, from washing the vegetables to loading the van. Whitefield traffic is always a nightmare, so we have to leave really early to get anywhere on time. We don't have a big office with glass walls; it’s just a flat where we do our work. Some days we are here until late at night finishing up a big order. It’s tiring work and we often go home with sore backs, but it’s what we do. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just cook the food and hope people enjoy it. It’s a simple operation and we try to keep the neighbors happy by not making too much noise in the mornings. It is just us, the stoves, and the deliveries.
