You can find us located on the third floor of the building at No. 1202 on Sarjapur Road. It is part of Sector III in Hosur, which is a fairly active spot in Bangalore South these days. Being on the third floor means we get a decent view of the road, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. We handle a lot of the technical side of property here, trying to blend technology with real estate. The office has a few computers and a lot of cords running everywhere. It’s not the most polished place, but it works for what we do. People come in looking for help with the BBMP Khata details since our address itself is tied to those records. It can get a little confusing with all the numbers, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot for some time and have gotten used to the local rhythm of the area. It gets pretty crowded during rush hour, so we usually stay late to avoid the worst of the traffic on Sarjapur Road. There are a few good places nearby to grab a quick bite when we’re too busy to go far. We don’t really do much advertising; most people just hear about us through word of mouth or find our office while looking for other businesses in the building. We just do our bit.
