Vasuki Builders Private Limited has its office on the first floor of a building in Indiranagar. We are located at 811, 10th A Main, specifically in Suite-256. Indiranagar Stage-II is a pretty lively part of Bangalore, so there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. Our space is not very large, and it is usually filled with blueprints and various samples of building materials. We are not the type of people who spend a lot of money on expensive office furniture. We would rather just have a functional place to work. Running a building company in a city like this means you are always dealing with some kind of delay, whether it is the weather or the traffic. We spend a lot of time coordinating with contractors and making sure the permits are in order. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Our team is a small group of people who have been working together for quite a while now. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just build things and try to make sure they are solid. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from their friends. We don't do much advertising because we are usually too busy with the actual work. It is a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way without making things more complicated than they need to be.
