Vardani Skill Development Foundation

Our foundation, Vardani Skill Development, is located at House No 331 in J.P. Nagar. We are part of Ward No. 22, and it’s a fairly easy place to find if you know the area. We’ve turned this house into a space where people can come to learn. It’s not your typical office building; it feels more like a home, which we think makes people feel more relaxed. We spend our time putting together programs that help people learn practical skills. Whether it’s vocational stuff or just basic computer help, we try to cover it. We started this because we saw a lot of people in the neighborhood who had the drive but didn't have the right training. We aren't a big, fancy organization with a lot of funding. We just do what we can with the resources we have. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded when we have a full class, but we make it work. Most of our volunteers and staff are locals from J.P. Nagar. We don't put out big ads or have a polished PR team. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or by seeing the sign on the house. If you want to see what we’re doing, you can just stop by the door. We’re usually there during the day, either teaching or planning the next session. It’s simple work, but it feels right to us.
