Vandayam Developers Private Limited

Vandayam Developers is located up on the 4th floor of Salarpuria Towers 1. That is on Hosur Road in the industrial layout area of Bangalore. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view but mostly we are just looking at paperwork or talking to people about new projects. The industrial layout is always moving and there is a lot of energy around here. We focus on development work which involves a lot of back and forth with different people. Our address at No 22 is right in the middle of a lot of other businesses. It gets crowded on Hosur Road during rush hour. We have been here for a while and the office has become a second home for most of us. We don't have a lot of flashy decorations. It is just a workspace with desks and maps and rolls of drawings. Development is a slow process sometimes. You have to wait for things to clear and then you have to find the right people for the job. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks. People know where to find us in the 560095 area. We are just trying to build things that last. It is not always easy but we have a good group of people here who know what they are doing. This is just our regular way of doing business on Hosur Road.
