Vanam Facility Management Services Llp is just a small operation run out of an office at No.2 2Nd Crs. We are right near the railway gate in Kodigehalli, so it gets noisy when the trains pass by. There isn’t much fancy about us. We mostly handle the basic stuff like cleaning, fixing things that break, and generally keeping buildings in order. It’s hard work, and we are usually out on site rather than sitting at a desk. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now and know the people around here. Sometimes the road gets messy when it rains, and the railway gate can be a pain if you’re in a hurry. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the jobs that people don’t want to do themselves. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to check on different properties. We try to be practical about things. If you need a hand with facility management, we are right here by the gate. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one for the local folks.
