Vanaha Constructions Private Limited is located at No. 1255 on the 10th Main Road, in the 2nd Stage of the West of Chord Road area. We’re right here in Mahalakshmipuram. It’s a neighborhood we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. Our work is pretty simple to describe: we build things. Whether it's a small renovation or a larger construction project, we just get on with it. The office is usually a bit noisy with the sounds of the city coming in from WOC Road, but we don’t mind. It keeps us feeling connected to the place. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. When you talk to us, you’re talking to the people who are actually making the decisions and looking at the sites. We spend a lot of time driving around Bangalore, which anyone will tell you is an adventure in itself. We try to keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. There’s no need for big marketing speeches or flashy presentations. We’d rather just show you what we’ve done. We’ve got a small crew of workers we trust, and we’ve been working together for a good while. Every project has its own set of headaches, from late deliveries to bad weather, but we just work through them. That’s the reality of construction, and we’re okay with that. We like being part of the Mahalakshmipuram community and hope to stay here for a long time. It’s a good place for us.
