Valister Consultancy Services Private is based out of Thubarahalli in Bangalore. Our address is No 171/1. Thubarahalli used to be a lot quieter, but lately, there has been a lot of development around here. We are right in the middle of all that change. Our office is a straightforward space. We didn't hire any fancy designers to make it look like a tech startup; we just moved in some desks and got to work. The street outside can get a bit dusty with all the new buildings going up, but it’s a good location for us. We have been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too terrible compared to other parts of Bangalore. We keep a pretty regular schedule, starting in the morning and finishing up by early evening. There isn't much to say about our mission or anything like that because we just focus on the tasks we have for the day. We have a small pantry where we make tea and sometimes share snacks. It’s a very normal, local business feel. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our computers. It’s a practical setup that works for what we need to do, and we’re happy being part of the Thubarahalli community. We like the local shops and the way the area feels alive with people moving.
