Val Constructions India Private Limited is situated at Lf 34/4 on the 5th Cross in Nandini Layout. We are a local construction business that has been around for some time. Our office is tucked away in the layout, which is a nice change from the really busy parts of Bangalore. We don't have a big glass building or a flashy sign. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and look at our plans. The 5th Cross is a regular street with houses and a few small shops. We like it because it’s quiet enough to get some work done. Our team is made up of people who really know the construction trade. We spend a lot of time out at the actual sites, so the office is mostly for the paperwork and the phone calls. We don't have a big team of marketers or anything like that. We just do the construction work and people find us through word of mouth. It is a very simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We have a lot of maps and technical drawings scattered around the office. Sometimes it feels a bit unorganized, but we always know what we are doing. Nandini Layout is a good place to be based because it has a nice community feel. We’ve worked on several things around here over the years. We are just a group of people trying to do a solid job every day.
