Our office is right off Vittal Mallya Road, on Walton Road at No. 2/2. Being in the 560001 area means we are right in the thick of things in Bangalore. Vaishnavi VCA Infrastructure LLP has been operating from this central spot for a while now. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we spend a lot of our time navigating the traffic to get to our various infrastructure projects. We aren't the type of people to sit behind a desk all day. Most of our work happens out where the actual building is going on. We handle a lot of the technical side of infrastructure, making sure the foundations are right and the structures are solid. It's not glamorous work, but it’s necessary. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s names. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just all pitch in where needed. Some days we are dealing with city officials and other days we are hauling equipment. It keeps things interesting. We’ve seen Bangalore change so much from our vantage point on Walton Road. The city just keeps growing, and we are just trying to keep up with our part of the work. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just focus on the concrete, the steel, and making sure everything is built to last. It’s just how we operate every day.
