Vaishnavi Properties Buildtech Llp is tucked away on Walton Road. We are at No.2/2, just off Vittal Mallya Road. It is a very central part of Bangalore, right near all the big landmarks, but our street is actually a bit quieter than you would expect. We focus on building and property stuff, like the name says. The office is in an older building with a lot of character. We like it because it feels more like a real workplace than those modern glass boxes. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for years. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or have heard about us through the grapevine. We spend our days dealing with engineers, architects, and the people who actually lay the bricks. It is a lot of coordination to make sure everything stays on track. Sometimes we run into problems with materials or weather, which is just part of the job. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a project is going to take six months, we say it will take six months. We think it is better to be realistic than to make promises we can't keep. It is a simple way of doing business, but it has served us well so far.
