Our office for Vaidehi Sky Developers Private Limited is up on the first floor of number 23, right there on 5th Main in Ganganagar. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood office. You have to walk up the stairs, and once you’re inside, it’s usually a bit of a scramble with blueprints and site reports scattered around. Ganganagar has its own rhythm, and being on the 5th Cross gives us a good view of the street life below. We spend most of our time coordinating with contractors and making sure the materials are arriving at the right spots. It’s not a glamorous job, despite what people might think about developers. There’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and trying to keep everything on schedule. Sometimes we’re stuck in the office all day, and other times the place is empty because everyone is out at a site. We try to keep things honest and straightforward with everyone we talk to. There isn't any polished marketing talk coming from us. We just explain what can be done and what can’t. The staff here has been together for a while, so we kind of know how each other works without having to say much. It’s a small, busy space where we just try to get the developments finished without running into too many hurdles.
