We are based in BSK 2nd Stage, specifically at No. 214 on 24th Cross. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so there’s always noise from the street coming into the office. Vaibhavraj Infrastructure is what we call ourselves, but really we are just a group of people who know how to handle construction jobs. We spend a lot of time looking at site reports and trying to figure out why the sand delivery is late. It’s a lot of logistics. Sometimes it feels like we are just solving one problem after another all day long. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some chairs that have seen better days and a lot of folders stacked on the floor. We aren't here to impress people with a nice lobby. We are here to make sure the infrastructure gets built properly. It’s a tough business. You have to deal with weather, labor, and prices that go up every week. We just try to stay steady. Being in Banashankari is good because we are close to a lot of our projects. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic, which helps. It’s not a glamorous life, but seeing a project finally finish up is a good feeling. We just keep moving on to the next one without too much fuss. That is basically how we spend our weeks here, just working through the daily grind.
