Our office for Utkarsh Hospitality is located at No. 214, in a building called Bhavani. We are situated on 5th Main Road within the Singapura Paradise area, which is part of the Vidyaranyapura Post in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. The neighborhood has a nice feel to it, and being on the 5th Main makes it pretty easy for people to find us once they get into the layout. We aren't a big corporate firm with a glass building. Instead, we work out of this practical space where we can focus on our hospitality projects. Most of our days are spent here, handling the various tasks that come with running a private limited company. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. The building, Bhavani, is just a standard place, and we’ve made our office comfortable enough for the long hours we put in. Vidyaranyapura is a growing area, and we’ve seen it change a lot since we first set up here. We don't have a big fancy sign or a receptionist at the front; usually, it's just one of us answering the door if someone stops by. It’s a straightforward setup that works for us. We handle everything from here, keeping things organized and making sure the business stays on track day by day. We really appreciate the calm atmosphere of this street and it helps us focus better.
