Utechnocon Infrastructure (Opc) Private Limited

We are based out of the Lions Club area, specifically at Shri Krishnarav Bhure's place. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an infrastructure company, but it works for us. My name’s one of the few people here at Utechnocon Infrastructure. Being an OPC means it’s a small operation, mostly just me and a couple of helpers when things get busy. We do a lot of the ground work for local builds. It’s not glamorous. Most of the time, I'm out on a site or looking over some blueprints on a dusty table. The address might seem a little hard to find if you aren't from around here, but everyone knows the Lions Club. We don't have a big sign or anything like that. We just focus on getting the concrete and the steel where it needs to go. Sometimes the weather slows us down, especially when it rains hard, but that’s just part of the job. I spent most of my life around construction so it feels natural to be doing this now. We don't use fancy computers for everything; sometimes a pencil and paper still do the job better. If you need to find us, just head toward the club and ask around. Someone will point you to the right door. It’s a quiet way to run a business, but it keeps the overhead low and let’s us get the work done without much fuss. We just take it day by day and keep moving. It works for me.
