USD CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is over in Jayanagar 7th Block, right on the 1st floor of the building at 2/1 on 28th Cross. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always something happening outside our windows. Jayanagar has that old Bangalore feel, but it’s definitely gotten more crowded over the years. We spend our days here going over drawings and keeping track of our construction projects. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with folders and samples of materials we’re looking at. We aren't really the type of people who sit around much; if we aren't here at the desks, we are likely out at a site checking on the progress. It’s a lot of back and forth, especially with the way traffic is these days. We try to keep things moving along, though there’s always some delay or other with the weather or labor. It’s just the nature of the job. Most of the time, we’re just focused on the practical side of things—getting the permits sorted and making sure the supplies show up. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things quiet down for a bit. It’s a regular office for regular people who just want to do their work and go home. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it suits us just fine for what we do. It's honest work and we just keep plugging away.
