Our office for Urbanrise Trendy Homes is at 85 Karthik Nagar, right near the Marathahalli and KR Puram stretch of the Outer Ring Road. If you know that area, you know how busy it gets with all the tech parks and traffic. We’re right in the middle of all that energy. The office itself is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a straightforward place with enough room for our desks and a small area to sit and talk. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy art. It's just a working space. Most of us have been in this industry for a while, so we just focus on the task at hand without much fuss. The location is actually pretty good because it’s easy for our partners to drop by, though we always warn them about the traffic jams near the bridge. We have a few plants that we try to keep alive, and there’s always a stack of papers that needs sorting. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of office. We like the vibe of this part of Bangalore because everything is moving so fast. It keeps us on our toes. We just take things one day at a time, looking at our plans and making sure things are moving forward. No big corporate mysteries here, just a bunch of people working hard in Marathahalli and making sure the coffee pot stays full.
