Urban Espaces Private Limited

Our office for Urban Espaces Private Limited is tucked away in Koramangala, specifically the 1st Block on 7th Cross. We’re on the second floor of the Kabra Excelsior building at 6/A. If you know Koramangala, you know it can get pretty crowded, but our street is a bit more manageable than the main drags. We work on urban space projects, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to make the most of the land available in the city. It’s a lot of planning and looking at maps. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We’ve all been working together for a while now. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing; whoever is available grabs the phone or answers the door. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the hum of the air conditioner. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into real estate development. It involves plenty of meetings with engineers and planners. We try to keep our feet on the ground and not get carried away with big ideas that aren't practical for the neighborhood. Most of the time, we’re just trying to solve the puzzle of how to fit everything into a small urban plot. It’s a challenge we enjoy, even when the paperwork gets overwhelming. We like being in Koramangala because everything we need, from snacks to supplies, is right around the corner.
