Upkar Residences Private Limited is based out of Jayanagar 2nd Block, which is one of those older, nicer parts of Bangalore that people still enjoy. Our building is called Upkar Tower, and it is located on the 9th Cross, just off R V Road at number 28. It is a familiar spot for a lot of folks who live in the neighborhood. We have been here for a while, and the office has a very lived-in feel to it. It is not one of those glass and steel buildings you see in the tech parks. It feels more solid and traditional. We spend our days working on various residential projects, trying to help people find places to live. It is a lot of coordination and talking to people, which we do from our desks here. Jayanagar is a great place to work because you can actually walk around and find good coffee or a place for lunch nearby. The 560011 area has a specific vibe that we really appreciate. Our team is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that stays in its lane. The office is usually humming with some kind of activity, whether it is phone calls or meetings. It is a practical place for a practical business. We’re just here on the 9th Cross doing our thing.
