Upc Restaurants Private Limited is based in Chitra Layout, which is in Attur Village. We are right opposite Attur Lake. It’s actually quite a nice view when you step outside the door for a break. We are at No 2, 1st Cross in the Yelahanka New Town area. The neighborhood is a bit quieter than the center of Bangalore which we really like. We spend our days running the restaurant business. It involves a lot of early mornings and late nights. Making sure the kitchen is ready and the staff is there on time takes up a lot of our energy. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. We just want to serve some decent food to the people around Attur and Yelahanka. The lake brings in some people on the weekends for walks. Our place is pretty simple inside. We have the usual tables and chairs and a small counter for the cash. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big corporate goals. We just want to keep the doors open and the food coming out fresh. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble or the electricity cuts out for a bit in the afternoon. That's just part of life in this area. We handle all the boring paperwork in a small back room. It’s honest work and we enjoy being part of the local community. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood spot for us.
