Upasarg 360 Private Limited

Upasarg 360 is over at No. 29, Sudharshan, on the 1st Cross of New Bank Colony in Konanakunte. It’s a quiet part of Bangalore, which is nice because it lets us actually hear ourselves think. The office is in a residential-style building, so it feels very much like a home. We’ve got a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. It’s not a high-tech lab or a flashy corporate headquarters. It’s just where we come every morning to handle our business. We do a bit of everything here under the 360 name. Some days are slow and we just chat, and other days we are working flat out until the sun goes down. We don’t have a boss who walks around in a suit. Most of us just wear jeans and t-shirts. There’s always a bit of clutter, like old newspapers or empty snack packets, but we know where the important things are. Konanakunte is a decent area with some good food spots nearby, which is where you’ll find us during lunch. We aren't big on formal meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just sit down and figure things out together. It’s an honest way to run a company. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors know us. We’re just a small team doing our thing in a quiet corner of the city.
