Unnat Infrastructure Private Limited is located at number 6, Govindam Sai Nagar, in Phase 2 of the Vidyaranyapura post area. It’s a bit further out from the city center, which we actually like. It’s a residential area, so it’s quieter than the main Bangalore hubs. Our office is a simple place where we manage infrastructure projects. We spend a lot of time looking at site reports and talking to engineers. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean; there’s always some dirt on someone's shoes from a site visit. We have a few desks, a printer that works when it feels like it, and a lot of paper. Being in Vidyaranyapura means we work with a lot of local projects around this side of town. We don't have a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people who know how to build structures. Sometimes the work is slow because of government approvals or bad weather, and other times we are working through the night to meet a deadline. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just show up and do the work. The neighbors in Sai Nagar are friendly, and it feels like a real community here. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have no plans to move. It’s just us, working on whatever project is next on the list. We keep things moving as best as we can.
