Unico Msands LLP is situated in the Attibele Industrial Area at No. 14/E/1. If you know this part of town, you know it is all about manufacturing and heavy industry. That suits us just fine because we are not a flashy business. We deal with M-Sand, which is what most people are using these days instead of the old river sand. It is a gritty business, literally. Everything in our office probably has a thin layer of dust on it by the end of the day. Being in the 562107 zip code puts us right on the edge of the city where all the big construction work happens. The industrial area is always loud and there is constant movement, with trucks coming in and out at all hours of the day and night. We spend our time managing the piles of sand and making sure the quality is good enough for the builders who buy from us. It is hard, physical work and we don't have a corporate office with air conditioning or fancy furniture. We just have a functional space where we handle the orders and talk to the truck drivers. Most of us have been working in and around Attibele for years, so we are used to the fast pace and the dust. We just focus on getting the sand loaded and sent out to the sites. It is a simple operation run by people who aren't afraid of work.
