Uncle Chung'S Food Private Limited

You can find us over at Site No 5J on 5th Street in Ashoknagar. We're right by that Brigade Road Cross, tucked behind St. Joseph's College of Commerce. Being near the college means there's always a lot of energy and people walking around. Uncle Chung’S Food started because we liked the idea of making stuff people actually want to eat every day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this part of Bangalore, but we make it work. Most days are spent in the kitchen or the back office sorting through supplies. The traffic on Brigade Road can be a real headache, so we try to get our deliveries done early before the city really wakes up. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one. Our team is small, mostly people from the local area who don't mind getting their hands dirty. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the equipment is what matters to us. Students often wander by, and it’s nice being part of the local daily routine. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that, just a few of us making decisions as they come up. It's hard work, especially when the weather gets humid, but seeing the food go out makes it okay. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and know the rhythms of the street pretty well.
