We at Udira Constructions Private Limited are located at number 82 on 70th Cross in the 5th Block of Rajajinagar. If you know Rajajinagar, you know it’s an older, more established part of Bangalore with a lot of character. Our office fits right in with that. It’s a straightforward space where we handle the day-to-day business of construction. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most of our time is spent talking to workers, checking on material costs, and visiting our various building sites around the city. The office is often filled with the smell of coffee and the sound of someone arguing with a supplier over the price of cement. We’ve got old files going back years and a few desks that have seen better days. It’s a casual atmosphere here, even if we are always busy. We know the neighbors on 70th Cross and usually see the same people walking their dogs or heading to the shops every morning. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just build things. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger project, we approach it the same way—just getting the bricks laid and the roof on. It can be stressful when the rains come or when a permit gets stuck in some government office, but we’ve been around long enough to know how to handle it. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of tasks.
