Ucon Projects Private Limited

Our place is located in Girinagar, part of the BSK 3rd Stage in VHBCS Layout. We occupy the 3rd floor and the basement at number 150. It’s a bit of an unusual setup, having the basement and the top floor, but it works for what we do at Ucon Projects. Banashankari is a nice residential area, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the city center. We spend our days working on various project details. We aren't a massive company with a thousand employees. We are a small group of people who know how to handle construction and project tasks. Sometimes the basement gets a bit cool, which is nice in the summer, and the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood. We’ve been at this address, 560085, for a while. Most of our neighbors are regular families. We try not to make too much noise or cause a disturbance. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff, but we try to explain it in plain English to anyone who asks. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have our desks, some computers, and a lot of project files. It is a straightforward operation. We show up, do the work, and go home. Being in Girinagar feels right for us; it’s a practical place for a practical business like ours. We just keep things moving at our own steady pace every day.
