Turaco Spirits Private Limited

We are located in the World Trade Center over at the Brigade Gateway Campus. It’s number 26/1 on Dr. Rajkumar Road in Malleshwaram West. Even though it’s a big, tall building in Bangalore, our day-to-day isn't as glamorous as you might think. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets related to the spirits business. The traffic on Rajkumar Road is pretty much legendary, so we try to get in early before it gets too crazy. Our office has a decent view, but mostly we are just looking at the paperwork for the distilleries. We handle the logistics and the distribution side of things for different types of spirits. It’s a lot of coordination between the production sites and the warehouses. Sometimes we have to go down to the loading docks to check on a shipment, which is a lot of walking. We don't have a big reception area with fancy lights; it’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee mugs. People think working in spirits is all about tasting, but for us, it’s mostly about making sure the trucks are on schedule and the licenses are all in order. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now and we know the local spots for a quick lunch. It’s a busy environment, but we try to keep things grounded and just get through the task list.
