TS Unibuild Infratech Private Limited is located at 03 Medahalli in the K R Pura area. This part of Bangalore South is always moving, especially with all the infrastructure growth happening around the bypass. Our office is right in the thick of it. We deal with the heavy side of building—infrastructure and the stuff that goes into making things stand up. It’s a lot of logistics. We spend a good chunk of our time on the phone with vendors or out at the actual construction sites seeing how the concrete is pouring or if the steel arrived on time. The office itself is pretty functional. We don't have any decorations to speak of, just some maps of the local area and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s a bit dusty because of all the roadwork nearby, but that’s just part of being in K R Pura. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the area well. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. We figure if we get the job done, word gets around. It’s a lot of early starts and late finishes, especially when we have a big delivery coming in. Sometimes the Bangalore traffic makes things take twice as long as they should, but we’ve learned to plan for that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving forward one day at a time without any fancy corporate talk.
