Ts Odour Plus Construction Privatelimited is located on North Usman Road. Our office is specifically in Bharathi Apartment, No. 6/1, on the 1st floor. It’s right in the middle of Bharathi Nagar 3rd St, which is a pretty lively part of the city. Being on the first floor is handy because we are constantly moving in and out to visit construction sites. The name of the company is a bit of a mouthful, but we just focus on the construction work itself. The apartment space has been converted into a functional office with several desks and a small area for meetings. It’s often quite busy with the sounds of the street coming through the windows. We spend our mornings checking on various projects and the afternoons are usually for dealing with the administrative side of things. There is always a pile of blueprints on the main table and a calendar marked up with all the different deadlines we have to meet. It’s not the most modern office you’ll ever see, but it works for what we need. We have a small staff who all know their roles well. We don’t bother with much ceremony here; we just get to work and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make do with the space we have. It’s a real-world business where we deal with real-world building problems every single day.
