The layout is one of those quieter parts of the city where you can actually hear yourself think, which is good because we do a lot of planning and drawing here. We aren't out there swinging hammers every day; instead, we spend a lot of time hunched over desks looking at blueprints and maps. The office is pretty simple. We have our computers, some big printers for the building plans, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is working on. We get a lot of people coming in to talk about their land or a new house they want to put up. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites in Singasandra or other parts of Bangalore to see what we are working with. The roads around here can be a bit tricky during the monsoon, but we make it work. We’ve been in this AECS Layout spot for a bit, and it suits us well. There’s no fancy reception area or anyone wearing suits.
