We’re tucked away at No 2947 in the D Block of Rajajinagar. It’s called the Pooja Pushpa Mansion, which sounds a bit grander than it actually is. It’s a solid building right on M K K Road. Rajajinagar is always bustling, so there’s no shortage of noise from the street. We’re in the pharma business, which mostly involves a lot of organizing and logistics. We have our office space here where we handle all the orders. It’s a bit of a maze of boxes sometimes, especially when a big delivery comes through the door. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales team. It's just us, the computers, and the stock. We try to keep things orderly, though it can get messy when we're busy. The light in the office isn't the best, but we've got some extra lamps. We mostly just focus on making sure the right meds go to the right places. It’s a responsibility we take seriously, even if we don't talk about it in fancy terms. Most of us have been here a while. We know the routines. We have our tea together in the afternoon and complain about the traffic on M K K Road. It’s a basic life, but it’s our life. We just do the work that’s in front of us and try to be helpful when people call with questions. Even on the rainy days when the roof leaks a tiny bit, we just put a bucket under it and keep going.
