Since we are in an apartment complex, it feels a bit more like a home than a traditional office building. We had to move some of the furniture around to make room for all the desks and the filing cabinets we need. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and you can hear them while you are on a call, but that is just part of being in this kind of space. The kitchen area is where we keep all our files and the extra printer paper because there wasn't enough room in the main area. We have a small balcony where a few of us go to get some air when the office feels a bit too stuffed. The lighting is just regular ceiling lights, and we have a few desk lamps for when it gets dark early. Finding our block can be a little confusing for delivery people the first time they come here. We are just a small group of people working out of a flat, trying to keep things organized and making sure the work gets finished. It’s a bit informal, but it works for us and we manage to get through everything just fine. The atmosphere is quiet most of the time, which helps us stay focused.
