TJN Developers LLP is based out of the Neeladri building, which is at No. 2526 on 27th Cross. We’re right in the middle of Banashankari 2nd Stage, on 17th Main. It’s a nice area of Bangalore, though the traffic on the main roads can be a bit much during the day. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now, handling different development projects around the city. It’s a lot of coordination between the architects, the guys on the ground, and the people who want to build something. Every project has its own set of problems, from permits that take forever to materials that don't show up when they're supposed to. We just take it one day at a time. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the plans. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for a long time, so we've seen how much the city has changed over the years. Banashankari has its own vibe, and we like being situated here. We don't try to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do work that we can stand behind. It’s about being honest and showing up when you say you will. There’s a lot of competition in development, but we just focus on our own stuff and try to stay busy. It is hard work, but we are used to the pace by now.
