Our office is located in Flat No. 104 on the first floor of the Axis Vanam building in JP Nagar 8th Phase. Since we are on the first floor, we usually just take the stairs instead of waiting for the lift. JP Nagar 8th Phase is a growing area, so there is always something new being built nearby. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but the neighborhood has a good feel to it. Inside the office, it is pretty basic. We have our laptops, some uncomfortable chairs, and far too many coffee mugs sitting on the tables. We try to keep the place tidy, but when we are busy, papers and cables seem to get everywhere. There is a small balcony where we go to stand for a few minutes when we need a break from the screens. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we have to keep the curtains closed most of the time. We do not have any big corporate signs or a polished waiting area for visitors. It is just a regular apartment that we use for our work. Sometimes the neighbors drop by to say hello, which is nice. We usually order lunch from one of the small shops nearby and eat at our desks. It is a very informal environment and we prefer it that way. We just focus on our tasks and go home.
