Thyme N Bay Private Limited

Our place is out in Anagalpura, at No. 9 in Defence Garden. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the staff, but it’s quieter out here in Doddagubbi compared to the middle of the city. We deal with food and supplies mostly. Most days are spent checking the inventory and making sure the kitchen side of things is running. We started Thyme N Bay because we wanted to have our own setup. It isn't always easy. Dealing with suppliers can be a headache, especially when the trucks get stuck in the heavy traffic. We have a small team. Everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be doing the books and the next you’re helping unload a delivery. We try to keep the place clean and tidy. The garden area around us is nice when it rains, though the roads get a bit muddy and hard to navigate. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Most of our day is spent in the back, away from the front desk. It's a practical business. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy furniture. It's just a functional space where we handle our business affairs. People in the neighborhood know us as the food company. We’ve been at this address for a while and we plan to stay put. It's just a group of us trying to make a living together.
