The place for THYAGARAJU BUILDERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is located at No. 31/1/29, right on the 1st Cross in Hanumagiri Layout. It’s in the Chikkalasandra part of Bangalore. We are builders, plain and simple. We spend our days dealing with cement, steel, and a lot of different crews. The office isn't much to look at because we are usually out at the sites. We focus on putting up buildings and making sure they are solid. It’s a lot of coordination between the different trades like the electricians and the plumbers. Sometimes they get in each other's way and we have to sort it out. We don’t have a marketing department or a fancy website with polished photos. We just show people what we’ve built. Building in Bangalore has its own set of challenges, like getting the materials through the narrow streets. We’ve had our fair share of delays over the years, usually because of things out of our control. But we just keep pushing through. We aren't trying to be the most famous builders in India. We just want to do right by the projects we take on. It’s a hard way to make a living but it feels good to see a building finished. We just stick to the basics and try to avoid the unnecessary drama that comes with big construction projects. It gets exhausting sometimes but we’ve been doing this long enough that it’s just part of our daily routine now.
