Thoughtshift Technologies Privatelimited is located in HBR Layout. You can find us at No. 275 on 7th A Main Road, in the 3rd Block, 5th Cross. It’s a fairly quiet part of Bangalore, which is nice when you’re trying to think. We set up shop here because we liked the neighborhood. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, chairs, and our computers. We don’t have any of those fancy office slides or bean bags you see in movies. We just have a regular space where we work. We started this company because we wanted to do tech work on our own terms. There isn't much more to it than that. We don't have big corporate goals or fancy speeches. We just take things one day at a time. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but that's just living in Bangalore. We usually go for a walk in the 3rd Block during our breaks. It’s good to get some air. We are just a small team. Everyone does a bit of everything here. There’s no strict hierarchy or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work finished. It’s an honest way to run a business. We like the local feel of HBR Layout. It’s a good place to be based and we’re happy with how things are going.
