Tfa Fitness Education & Research Llp

We spend most of our days at the office in Sripurna, which is right on the 16th Main in Sahakarnagara. It is a quiet spot on the 7th floor where we look into how fitness works and how to teach it better. Sometimes it gets a bit busy with all the paperwork and reading, but that is just how it is when you are trying to figure out the science behind staying healthy. We started Tfa because we noticed there was a lot of confusing info out there about exercise and health. Now, we just focus on the facts. It is not a big gym or anything like that, just a place for learning and research. We have been at 19th Cross for a while now. Most mornings start with a lot of coffee while we go over new studies. The team is small, just a few of us who really care about getting the details right. We do not have fancy brochures or a front desk person. We just do the work and try to help people understand their bodies better. If you are walking around A Block, you might see our sign. It is a plain office where we keep our books and computers. We like it here in this part of Bangalore. It is a good neighborhood to work in. We are not trying to be the biggest company, we just want to keep doing our research and teaching our classes when we can. That is pretty much what goes on here. We are just regular people.
