Texcelead India is based in Basavanagudi at Door No: 19 on Ranoji Rao Road. This is one of the older, more established parts of Bangalore, and you can really feel that history when you walk around here. Our office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for what we need to do. Ranoji Rao Road can be quite narrow, so finding a spot for a car is always a bit of a gamble. We usually just take the bus or ride our scooters to get in. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. It’s a bit cramped, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. There’s a nice park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk when the office feels too small. We don't spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. It’s a practical workspace where we handle our daily business. People in the neighborhood know us, and we try to keep things quiet and professional. It’s a steady routine of answering emails and coordinating with our partners. We just focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which is a disaster, but otherwise, it's a pretty normal place to work.
