Terradarc (Opc) Private Limited

We are over in the Munnekolala area, inside the Green Garden Layout. The office for Terradarc is in Malibu Homes 2. We are on the ground floor, unit GF-1. It’s on the 6th cross, which is a busy little street in the 560037 part of Bangalore. Being in a residential layout means we see the same people walking their dogs every morning. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for our computers and a few tables. We do design and construction stuff, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. There are usually a few rolls of drawings lying around and some half-finished models on the shelves. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work best. The traffic in this part of town is pretty bad, so we try to do most of our meetings right here in the layout. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If someone needs us, they usually just call or stop by because they saw our sign. We treat everyone the same, whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger build. It’s about doing a decent job and being able to walk down the street without looking away from our neighbors. We like the local vibe here and plan to stay for a while. It's a good place to grow.
