Terazaghi Constructo Private Limited

We are located over in Anjanapura Bda Layout, specifically in the 11th block near Kembathahalli. If you know Bannerghatta Road, we aren't too far off from that main stretch. Terazaghi Constructo is a small team. We spend most of our time on site visits or looking at floor plans that usually need a bit of tweaking. It's a quiet area around the office here at Sambhavi Lal Bahadur Shastri Nagar. We mostly handle building projects for folks in the neighborhood. It's not a glamorous job, just a lot of cement and coordination. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the site is the hardest part of the day. We've got a few desks and a lot of measuring tapes lying around. The name is a bit unusual, but it’s what we went with. We don't do big speeches or presentations. If you need a house built or some renovation done, we just get into the details. There’s always some paperwork or a permit issue to deal with, but that’s just how it goes in Bangalore. We try to be straightforward with people. My brother helps out with the accounts and we have a couple of regulars who do the actual masonry. It’s a local setup. No corporate ladders here. Just us in block 11, working through the pile of tasks we have for the week. We might be covered in dust most of the time, but we get the job finished eventually.
