Techademy Learning Solutions Private Limited is based out of Indiranagar, specifically at 2964 on 12th Main. If you know the area, you know how busy 4th Cross HAL 2nd Stage gets during the day. We’ve got a small space here where we handle a lot of the training and learning programs we manage for our clients. It’s pretty straightforward work, mostly revolving around helping people pick up new skills they need for their jobs. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just regular training stuff that needs to get done correctly. The office is usually full of coffee mugs and stacks of papers. We try to keep things tidy, but it doesn't always happen when we're in the middle of a busy week. Most of our time goes into organizing the schedules and making sure the digital platforms are actually working like they should. It’s a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Indiranagar is a decent place to be located because everything is close by, even if parking is a bit of a mess for everyone. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure we don't miss any deadlines. It’s not particularly glamorous, but it’s what we do. We've been at this for a bit now and have a routine that mostly works for everyone in our small team.
