Tech Precast Industries Private Limited is out on the Kanakapura Main Road. We are based in Udipalya Village at No.182, Khatha No.443. We operate on the ground floor, which is helpful because the things we make are quite heavy and hard to move around. Precast work is a bit different from pouring concrete directly on a construction site. We cast all the parts here in a controlled way and then they get moved to where they are actually needed for the build. It takes a lot of careful planning and a good bit of yard space. Being out near Udipalya gives us the room we need to work without being too cramped. The Kanakapura Road traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially when we are trying to get the finished pieces out on the big trucks. We have been at this for a while and have seen the village area change quite a bit as Bangalore stretches further out this way. Our daily routine involves a lot of steel, molds, and heavy lifting. It definitely isn't a desk job for most of us here. We are usually out there on the floor making sure all the dimensions are exactly right. If a piece is off by even a little bit, it won't fit together at the site, so we have to be very careful with our measurements. We just make solid parts and try to keep everything on schedule.
